Job done. Rules broken.
The agent finished the job and the customer left happy. The refund it gave was outside policy, and no one will know until the audit.
Deploy AI agents with confidence. Rulefast catches mistakes before your customers do.
Example data.
Open Rulefast and see what's safe to run, what needs your decision and which agents are due a test.

The Rulefast prototype, shown with sample data.
Watch an agent get briefed, tested and signed off, start to finish.
The agent finished the job and the customer left happy. The refund it gave was outside policy, and no one will know until the audit.
The agent follows every step and still gets the outcome wrong: the wrong amount, the wrong account, the wrong customer.
When the board, an insurer or a regulator asks what your agent did and why, there's no record to show them.
A refunds assistant was approving refunds outside the 30-day window. Rulefast caught it in testing, the team added one check to the agent's instructions, and the next run came back clean.
Late refunds approved: 6 of 10 before the fix, 0 of 10 after. ◆ Failed · ● Passed
In plain English, the way you'd brief a new hire.
Including the awkward edge cases, safely in a sandbox.
A clear verdict and a report anyone can read.
Three steps from "we think it works" to "here's the proof".
Tell Rulefast what a good result looks like and what the agent must never do, the way you'd brief a new member of staff.
It turns your brief into dozens of realistic scenarios, including the awkward ones, and runs them against your agent in a safe sandbox.
Example data.
See what passed, what didn't and why, with a recommended fix for every issue. Share it as a live dashboard or a test report.
Example data.
Outcome testing, rule checking and proof, together, so you never have to stitch three tools together again.
Continuous checks on whether the agent got the right result for the business, not just whether it ran.
Every run is checked against your policies, so breaches and drift surface before customers or auditors find them.
Live dashboards, test reports, evidence for every result and a recommended fix for every issue.
Four ways to see that your agents work, each made for the people who need it.
Every agent's score, rules and trend, updated after each run.
For ops and leadership
A clear write-up of each run: what was tested, what passed, what failed and why.
For boards, clients and insurers
The proof behind every result: scenarios, transcripts, records and timestamps.
For auditors and regulators
A specific fix for every issue, so you know exactly what to change next.
For the team running the agent
See which agents need a decision, which are being retested, and exactly where the gaps are, rule by rule.

The Rulefast prototype, shown with sample data.
Pay for the agents you check, not for seats. Every plan includes live dashboards, test reports, evidence and recommendations.
For the first teams to put Rulefast to work.
For teams running several agents across the business.
"Can I stop this one action?"
"What happened, and when?"
"Are the right controls on paper?"
"Did the agent do the job right, within the rules, and can we prove it?"
Your agents work across a CRM, helpdesk, email, spreadsheets and that one old system nobody wants to touch. Rulefast checks the result wherever the work lands.
Refunds, complaints, account changes.
R03Never refund after 30 daysInvoices, payments, expense checks.
AP-03Match every invoice to an orderQuotes, discounts, follow-ups.
S-02No discount over 15% without sign-offOnboarding, records, data updates.
R07Verify identity before any changeRulefast reads the records your agents create. It can never post, edit, approve or pay.
Business scenarios run in a safe test space, never against your live systems or data.
Your results are yours. We delete them whenever you ask.
Every test, result and rule change logged with who did it and when.
Three things: whether the agent got the right business outcome, whether it stayed within your rules and policies, and whether there's evidence to prove both.
Technical testing tells you the agent runs. Rulefast tells you it gets the right business result and follows your rules, with evidence your board and auditors can read. Most teams use both.
No. You describe the job and the rules in plain English, and Rulefast turns that into test scenarios. If you can brief a new member of staff, you can set it up.
No. Rulefast writes them from your brief, including the awkward edge cases. You can add or edit your own at any time.
That's common, and you can still start. Pick a template for a common job, or describe in plain English how the work should be done and what must never happen. Rulefast turns that into rules for you to review and approve, and many teams find the written-down rules useful in their own right.
Any agent that's live in your business, or about to go live, from any vendor. Rulefast checks the result of what the agent did, so it doesn't matter which model or platform sits underneath.
No problem. You can upload exports such as spreadsheets, CSV files or reports, or record results manually, and Rulefast checks them in exactly the same way. No integration project is needed.
No. Tests run in a sandbox against business scenarios, never against live customers.
A live dashboard, a test report you can share, the evidence behind every result, and a recommended fix for every issue.
Whenever you choose. Rulefast flags any agent that hasn’t been tested recently, so nothing slips. Re-run a test after any change to the agent, its instructions or the model behind it, and you’ll see straight away if anything got worse.
We say so. Anything we can't verify is marked “Can’t be seen” rather than passed, so there are no hidden gaps in your results.
Guardrails stop specific bad actions as they happen. Rulefast checks whether the agent got the right result across business scenarios, and keeps the evidence. Most teams will want both.
Rulefast has read-only access and runs tests in a sandbox. We delete your results whenever you ask. See the Security page for more.
Rulefast is priced per agent, not per seat. Early-access teams get founding-team pricing. Book a demo and we'll walk you through it.
